  • Qualified personnel, at least 5 years experience in claims handling.
  • High performance management in claims cases:
    • Call center dedicated to clients.
    • The damage file management/investigation.
    • Surveys, damage assessments and calculations in Audatex/Eurotax software.
    • Digital editing of the damage file and electronic archiving.

► Road assistance services

  • A last generation information system Road assistance services established at European level.
  • Adding information in the database
    • Call recording
    • Adding information in the database
    • Caller ID and caller location
    • Handling the assistance situation
    • Online access for partners
  • European level services, including the Asian area of Turkey, in partnership with Mondial Assistance
